Funding Application
IWTOMA Travel Grant
The organizing Committee provides travel grants to outstanding young scientists, PhD students, full-time student leaders and a number of qualified low-economy delegates who have submitted papers to the conference.
A IWTOMA travel grant may cover one or all of the following;
- Registration fee
- Pre- and post-conference excursions fees
- International travel expenses
- Accommodation fee
The final number of awards and their amount are dependent upon available funding and the quality of papers or abstracts submitted by the applicants.
Application Procedure
Please submit the following materials to the organizing committee email at IWTOMA@cug.edu.cn no later than August 31, 2015.
- A completed travel grant application form (
download) - One scanned letter of reference from a professor in your major (students only)
- A brief description and contact information of your professor (for students only)
- Your Résumé or CV
- Your publication's List
*Applicants must submit an article before applying for a travel grant.
